MI way repairs half vehicle BEWARE!

I've been insured with mi way for the past 7 years and mi way doesn't give a damn for they loyal customers when in need, I've been in an accident and it wasn't even my fault and they only approved to fix half the damages of my car, pictures was sent of the damages of the car and they only sorted a portion of it. Here's the thing I've never claimed from my insurance and this is the 1st claim ever to be made in history but this is how mi way treats their customers which is very disappointing, who would be happy to take a car not fully repaired? And my vehicle is always in pristine condition I urge people to beware when insuring their vehicle with mi way, don't insure your vehicle with small boys as they will make excuses to repair your vehicle when you in need. especially being a loyal customer. Not only will I be leaving this insurance company (which is house and car) but people close to me who's insured with them will also be leaving. The consultant tashreeq makes a bold statement that could be pre existing damages. How can he make a statement like this when there's never been a claim in 7 years, that it's itself should ring a bell. That basically tells you Mi way will call you a lier and make excuses not to repair your vehicle when you in need, so pathetic, he then asks me if my claims advisor had called me I said no they never do, he then tells me he can't assist me further as it's out of his job scope and my claims advisor will call me which is not going to happen. Now I have to pay excess for an accident that wasn't my fault and a vehicle which is not fully repaired!
