Mi Way REJECTED Claim NO: C***

I was driving N2 northbound when I heard a noise underneath my car I suddenly pul***** & stop, I then call MiWay insurance asking for roadside assistance, they sent their tow truck driver who called his office and changed roadside assistance into claim, he said he believe that the incident falls under claim not roadside assistance, I then organised myself a lift back home unaware that it's their responsibility to get me back home, after two days I called MiWay to find out about my claim, the lady who attended my call told me that my claim was approved & she offered me two options one being that they will keep me car & pay me 51300k, minus excess, second option being that I will keep my car & collect 22800k after deducting all their costs, then a week later a guy by the name of G****tso called me & told me that he is an assessor of my car, after he assessed my car Mi Way rejected my claim & they reversed all the offers and assistances, I am now going to be responsible for all the costs regarding my claim which include paying for the rental car i used, pay for towing of my car from the roadside to their storage facility & other costs, the rental car to be returned with 3hrs, my car to be collected from the storage facility within a week, so I had to hire a lift to pick me up from the airport, after dropping off the rental car, hire a towing truck to fetch my car from the storage facility, all this tormenting experience immediately put me into serious debt, when I was trying to catch up with their deadline which was all short notice, I am now financial unstable I cannot support my family with their basic needs, I am falling behind on my accounts including children school fees, just because of the insurance company that was supposed to help me but instead they made me broke.
