MI WAY: R119 , CASH BACK AFTER 6 -CLAIM FREE!

<div>My Mother in-law has been a loyal client/customer with Miway since 2*** CLAIM FREE , until she sold her car. When She called them to Cancel , after answering all their questions they ask and reasons why you are canceling , She had some questions for them . BUT THEY HAD NO CARE FOR WHAT SHE WAS ASKING- She got ‘CASH BACK’ of R119 and change AFTER 6 YEARS of not making one claim! When she asked about why the small amount of cash back they were quickly to re-route the conversation and couldn’t give any reasons . THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR A MASSIVE COMPANY LIKE MI WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER !I will never recommend them to anybody - All or many insurance companies guarantee cash back after 1 year of not claiming or monthly cash back benefits. I hope someone at M I WAY sees this and reach out to me .</div>
