Mi Way not Returning 3rd Party Claim

I am still awaiting feedback from Mi Way on my 3rd Party Claim. The car have been assessed on the 12th September already. The Report have been submitted and since then no feedback. No Reply on Email no Answer on Calls. I dont know what to do now to get the claim paid out and the Vehicle fixed.
