Mi-way isurance the biggests ********.

Is there not another way to report Mi-way insurance? First I have been ****med by them after they refuse to pay me a sufficient amount money to fix my car when the told me I would able to take my car to other panelbeaters or get a lower quotation to get it fixed. I have been a client and never missed a payment for 5 years and never claimed. When I finally needed them I was shocked at what they were willing to pay me to fix my own car if I ever had to be in an accident when they told me I can get other quotes. The amount they want to pay is far less than the 70% of total loss . And when they couldn't get hold of me they closed the claim without my consent. I have already report them at the ombudsman but I want to know if there are any other ways to bring them to light as I have seen that plenty other clients have been bought in their false promises and ******** ways and bad service. I have reopened my claim Friday and yet to receive a call from them.
