MI WAY IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD! DON'T JOIN THEIR INSURANCE!!!!

Whatever you do, don't open an insurance with the Mi Way company. All they care about is money! They don't care about you as a customer. They care about your money ONLY! I had an accident on the 21st of December. The person that hit me was in the wrong. I went to the police station to complete an accident report and took down the registration number of the guy that hit me as he did not want to share any insurance details with me not did he want to come to the police station. I reported it also on the Mi Way app and got a text that a consultant will be in touch with me. Monday no one bothered to contact me. Tuesday, I followed up only to be told I did not complete the process on the app which I did so it was resubmitted again over the phone. I told the agent that they must get in touch with the person that hit me as the police station told me that they would be able to trace him just from the registration number. The agent told me they want R5000 first! Then will they only help. I told them that the accident is not my fault and they said they don't care all they want is the R5000 paid and then only after the claim has been successful, including the car assessment, will their legal team look into going after the other party. ALL MI WAY CARES ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!! DON'T JOIN THEM! THRY WILL NOT HELP YOU EHEN A RAINY DAY COMES! One of their consultants called me again to see if I can't pay half and they pay the other half, they contacted me again today saying No! They will not assist me. ALL THEY XARE ABOUT IS R5000. I'll definitely be switching to another insurance. I just came here to warn everyone else. It's the worst company in the world. They don't care wether you completed an accident report or not! It's a waste of time! They will not do anything about it. Every accident whether it's your fault or not equals MONEY TO THEM!!!!! Don't DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT.
