MI WAY is the worst

It's been a month without a car and I have been trying to call a gentleman called Junior an assasor who never answers his work phone.... My partner was driving my car when we were frist hit by a car then 2 days later another incident happened while he was driving, mi way says they will only cover for the second incident because my car could not be driven. I fail to understand because the frist incident has a case number just like the second incident. The assasor has yet to call and find out what happened on the other side of my car, the assesor only approved one side to be fixed I have sent emails and it's been 3 weeks and no one has responded.
