Mi Way is not to be trusted

I'm not satisfied with MiWay; I thought they were the greatest, but people, be careful. I had my car insured with them; I was in a car accident where Driver 2 was at blame; I filed a claim, and it was granted; little did I know that my claim had been approved for a panel repair shop to use second-hand parts to fix my car. When I called them, they claimed it was their policy. I wanted to be taken through it, but there was no way to find it. As a result, my car will be repaired using second hand parts' even though it is covered for R309,000, and damages under R70,000 are not being fixed. I am not recommending anyone to use this insurance
