MI WAY IS A *****

I am highly annoyed with MIWAY . THEY ARE ********** in my opinion my car has a dent and so because I pay for insurance I put in my claim. just to be told they will write my car off for a DENT!!!!! The agent Jade who is dealing with claim was very forceful and her service levels are below standard . she never gave me an opportunity to really process what she was saying long story short mi way can listen to the voice recording . she was not helpful and gave me 2 options write off or I MUST FIND A QUOTE FOR LESS THAN R3000 uhm isnt that mi way job to find quotes ????? nonetheless I dealt with Tlangelani Mculu what a breath of fresh air .Tlangelani Mculu was patient understanding Kind Listened Helped clear things patient understanding Kind Listened Helped clear things Tlangelani Mculu was exceptional im stillnot happy as what ami paying a premium for when all along they probably knew when hey wrote up my old faithful of 18years that if anything happened they would write off my car . my car is road worthy its serviced on time so why would you just want to write it off so that miway can fix it and sell it for more. i also dealt with Khotso Moagi. who sounded rather annoyed with my complaint and put the phone down in my ear WOW service levels of zero standards with these mi way agents. ALOS LISTEN TO THE VOICE RECORDING . I am still waiting for a manager to call me . if I don't get a response before COB I am going to report this to the ombudsman and I will demand all my premiums paid bac and the dent on my own . this is a ******* i tell you.
