Mi-Way Insurance - Poor Service

Good Day, yesterday i got stuck with my car so i contacted mi-way roadside assistance. firstly they need to be much more polite on the phone. i told them im stuck with my car they said they will dispatch a truck driver to come an assist within 45 - 60min. within that time no one contacted me. i contacted them again with no further assistance. im standing in the road for over an hour only to be told someone can only come assist in another 45-60 minutes time. so some guy phones me to say he is on his way but will only be with me in 45 minutes later. then this same guy phones to say that there is someone on his way, he is on the opposite side of the road 10 minutes away. 30 minutes goes by and no one arrives. i phoned this guy again then he just puts the phone down while im talking. another guy phones me to say he is 45 - 60 minutes away. by this time its past 2 hrs im on the road. i eventually got 2 street guys to help me push my car home. so what the hell am i paying an insurance company for who suppose to provide proper road side assistance. i still had to pay these 2 guys from the road to push my car home which took almost an hour. i could have been ****** or injured by other people hanging around in the area. This morning someone phones me to ask if i was assisted from Mi-Way when i said No, i got no decent response but that they will look into it
