MI way insurance

Last week Wednesday I was involved in a car accident, called MI way insurance. The lady on the phone was very helpful and patient with me. She helped with the claim and the tow car. On Thursday the other guy from mi way called and asked me questions about what happened. He said it may take plus minus 12 days for the whole assessment to be done and payment authorization. Today is Monday and MI way did call and my claim is authorized. I must say the 5 years I've been with them I never experienced any difficulties. Thank you for a wonderful service
