MI WAY FULL HOUSE / HOLE IN ONE PAYOUT

I need to share my experience so as to get other views. I play lawn bowls and last week while playing pairs with a partner we managed to get a full house. The equivalent of a hole in one in the game of golf. Miway advertise a payout of R1000 for such an event. I submitted my claim by giving sufficient proof from the tournament secretary. I was subsequently asked to also submit a bar receipt. I told the claims lady that I spent R440 on drinks all round but I had paid cash and can't get proof of this purchase. I understood that if I submitted proof of the full house that would be sufficient to receive a payout of R1000 for the full house. The claims person now tells me that the payout is for the bar bill and that I am not entitled to the R1000 or any portion thereof as I cant proof the purchase. Aren't they missing the point? I am claiming my R1000 for having a full house!!
