Mi-way double debiting

Mi way has really dissapointed me, they doubled debit my account, secondly i tried to resolve the problem kindly with a consultant, she promised to take care of it which she didn't , I had to call them and ask what the status of the complaint is.....nothing has been done and then I get an sms saying my car needs to go for inspection, whereas i have been with miway for almost 3 years. <br> <br> I want my money back as soon as possible.
