Mi Way

This is Sindiswa F Maphumulo my number ***I was involve in an accident this was on the 05th of September 2020 the car that hit me just drove to me I was still in my lane when the car hit me after that the owners of that car ran away I did a claim the following day and I had pictures of the accident the problem started when i was doing the claim I could feel that I am in court the questions that i was being asked and i answered everything and i even gave them documents that they requested on time but still they did not want to tell me whether they are approving my case or not the way I was so depressed I have never been so depressed in my life like this even at work I was not perfoming well I even forgot to fetch my children at school in October i asked them why they not declining because that what they wanted to do they told me that my case has discrepancies they believed I was not the driver on that day yet I gave them my call logs that I made on that day after the accident and they even requested for my Husband one since I was with him when the accident happened we gave them all that on time but still they refused to pay my claim they only came back this week after 3 months that my case has been approved I have been paying for my car for 3 months for something that was written off 3 months ago i am not happy with the Assessor who was helping me that is Wayne I almost died because of you guys I will never recommend anyone to deal with you guys you are the worst company I have aver dealt with you need to change the way you assess your clients if they are involve in accidents when we take this policies we want peace not the stress you have given me i wished i had stayed with my previous insurer the policy number friends and family if you have an insurance with Mi Way please cancel they full of themselves they thought i was not the driver on that day they accusing me of something they don't have proof of yet the person whom they think was driving cannot even drive
