Mi Rewards not paid out

<p>After 3 years of no claims with your company and after numerous calls with regards to my rewards. It is now 39 months insured with your'll and I did not receive MI rewards yet. I would like you to rectify this immediately and pay my rewards into my bank account. I would also like my premuims to be dropped as I am over paying for insurance. Failure to do so will result in me changing my insurance. After 3 years of been insured with you. I would expect better service.</p>
