Mi rewards

I joined MIWAY on 25 May 2013.At the time I signed up for mi rewards.In 2016 I was supposed to get my first rewards ,you get an average of 1 months premium over an average of 36 months payment as per my understanding.In 2016 I had to struggle to get my rewards since my Debit order failed since it was before my Paycheck and they were unauthorised to do so.After an long endless discussions they paid it.So now on the 31 of May 2019 I am supposed to get my Mirewards again .But so far I am not getting it. They cancelled the rewards in May 2017 .But they still owe me for that year .

But

I have cancelled my insurance at the end of April 2015 .My insurance expire on 31 May 23:59 .

I call this morning to ask If I am still be getting it and the answer from the consultant was no after confirming with her manager .So I have spoken to the Manager MR Vusi .He confirmed that since I cancelled ,my Mirewards is also cancelled since I am no longer an loyalty customer.But he said he will try to help .

By the way ,I was not told that I will not be getting my Mi rewards when I cancelled.

Like I also said to him I joined 25 May 2013 ,I was an customer for more than 6 years and a few days.They were also the reason why I had to change my debit order to an later date in 2015. The company decided to stop Mirewards im May 2017 .But I have to wait another 2 years to get it ,but still can't .But just like the 2 years to get it but like he said the reason that it was due on 31 May 2019 was because this is when reward cycle ended.

So in actual fact I need to get mi rewards for 3 years average .But no I get an third of it. Also 2 years ,were is my interest?
