Mi- Easy policy update

It was a pleasant interaction with Miways' agent Irvin who helped me made an addition and removal of a car on my policy. He took his time to explain everything with a pace that helped me understand all. It was a mutual conversation not one dominated by one party. He is a good listener as well.
