Dear Mi Way. Thank you again for debiting my account on the the 24th when you are suppose to debit my account on the 25th. HOW CAN YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE FOR TWO MONTHS?????? Are you going to re reimburse me for the returned debits for the 2 months, I do not want your apology letter. I made the date the 25th and you retarded people keep debiting my account on the 24th!!! My policy says the 25th of each month AND not the 24th. You stupid ****S! I am going to cancel my insurance with you.
