Mi combo with MiWay is a waste of money

I hit a pothole and claimed at Mi motor combo that I added via MiWay insurance. They did not approve my claim and stated that my tire was old and therefore they won’t pay it. I have been paying for this combo without any miss. The consultant Mr Doctor Mfisa did not even have empathy with what I was telling him. Now as a young mother I no longer have a car. I am beyond angry and will move to another insurance
