I contacted MiWay to update my home address, only to be met with a 300% PREMIUM INCREASE!! In what world is this ok? Their response is that it could be a more high risk area. Which would be valid, if I wasn't currently living in a lavish gated estate with 24 Hour security and my vehicle is securely locked in my garage. I was transferred between 3 agent. All more useless than the next who don't know, or can't explain to me why my monthly premium was increased. Then they have the audacity to give me a discounted rate of 200% increase, like I need to say "thank you for caring". Thanks for the AMAZING service MiWay, I'll be sure to cancel my insure asap and go out of my way to badmouth you any chance I get.
