So disappointed with this insurance , I put a claim through for the first time of being with them for 3 years and sent all the pictures of the damages and when I got to the repairer he said the insurance never informed them about the bumper damage and the small scratch on the left side and he said the additional amount should be +-5k including the two damages he was not informed of and because I do not have excess I could not proceed with him and would take the payout and fix it myself , however Myway is only authorizing money for the damages their sent to the repairs not the ones he discovered when I took the car, when I had an accident I mentioned all the damages and sent pictures, how am I suppose to take the 7k which will not even cover the damages to the bumper and that small scratch , I have been ****med and I have been calling with no call backs
