We have been trying for almost two weeks to get someone to update our policy with information. We had to email it, no response on email and when I phoned to check, I was asked to email it again to someone else. BUT today - Melusi Mkhize helped me with a smile. He updated all the information and confirmed via email that everything is now 100%. AWESOME service. Thank you.
