MiWay Insurance has not called me back regarding my complaint as they promised on the 3rd of November 2021 after I wrote to Hellopeter.com. Instead of addressing my complaint they sent me a survey and a threatening letter that if they don't receive the premium they will add R500 penalty fee to the premium.
