MC*** - Damages to the vehicle
My matter (mc***) has not been attended to since the 27th of September 2021, they keep on saying it has been escalated but no one is escalated to even after this message it will be escalated again.

This is the third same response and they are quick to make threats of penalizing me if I don't pay the premiums but they are not delivering. This is a business vehicle, if I waited for them since the 27th of September 2021 how much could I have lost by now. If MiWay thinks I'll get tired and let this go they are ver wrong.
