Massive increase in premium after two years!

With MiWay for two years. This year (3rd year), they increased my premium with R1500. I asked for them to review it and confirmed they unable to give me any discount.

I once claimed for a geyser successfully, once for a roof issue, which was declined due to maintenance (understandable), and I claimed for a crack in my car windshield recently, which they never processed, and it just disappeared in the big black hole of claims as “pending” perpetually.

Nonetheless, I took the increase in my premium as a sign they no longer need my business, and moved now over to Discovery Insure for a much reasonable premium.
