Marketing gimmick from Miway

About less than a month ago I referred my husband`s nephew to Miway since he just bought a brand new motorbike and needed insurance. After he went onto ippo.com and was bombarded by various insurance companies I referred him to Miway since I have been a client from them myself for a long time and only had good things to say about them. I even went so far to explained to the Miway consultant what he is looking for and even assisted Mr B, the client, on my side until the deal was sealed with Miway. The consultant mentioned that I will be rewarded and that Mr B will get a great offer on his insurance due to me referring him. I phoned Miway this morning about the reward ( a voucher) and referring yet ANOTHER colleague to them and I was told that I do not qualify for the voucher since they already got MR B as a lead from who knows where; which is obviously not the truth!! So this whole thing from Miway is just a marketing gimmick to get more clients and not fulfilling their part of the deal!! I must say: I always used to give Miway compliments whenever I used to contact them. Customer services is definitely not the standard they used to maintain in the past!!!!
