This lady is a super woman, delivers amazing service, Shes efficient and passionate about delivering a luxury service. Since I have been in accident she's been the one updating me with feedback, my own claims advisor has only called me once and doesn't give me any sort of feedback, in fact I should complain about him.

Mapule is the one who checks up on me and make things happen. So thank you wena Mo Girl.
