MaNxumalo from Mtubatuba is the best

Friday, 15/04/2016, I called in to make changes to my current policy. MaNxumalo was very patient, explained everything correctly and was not abrupt whenever I interrupted her to answer any queries I had during the interaction.<br> <br> Our conversation took place after 16:00 pm and even when I asked her to call me on my cell phone and she did so immediately. Not once did she rush me as she tried to ensure my needs were met.<br> <br> If only I could deal with MaNxumalo when dealing with all call centre agents.<br> <br> Thank You MaNxumalo, may all your peers follow your customer service skills.<br> <br> Ayanda Ndhlovu
