Mandla assisted me with a motor warranty cancellation

Mandla assisted me with a motor warranty cancellation. He was very kind and knowledgeable and really tried to retain me as a customer... I was canceling because I was not happy with a process that was followed when I inquired to find out whether a certain part of my car was covered in my warranty as this was not stipulated in my warranty documents so I needed clarity. I was told that a claim had to be logged and sent to the 3rd party service provider to validate whether the part was covered... I can’t be logging claims everytime I need clarity on something.
