Mampfi from MiWay Assist goes the extra mile.
Hi there Wow, I would really like to express my sincere thanks to Mampfi from MiWay Assist. She called me today, 9-3-2018, regarding changes I wanted to make to my banking details for my monthly debit order with MiWay. Not only did she attend to this in a super friendly manner, but also approached her manager whilst we were talking, and I also received a small reduction in my monthly premium as well, which is going to help tremendously. Unfortunately my husband passed away 2 months ago from a stroke, so even this small reduction will help with my monthly living costs.
