Mami helped me this morning to update details om my policy and add a vehicle, I've dealt with quite a few miway agents and they are all very friendly and helpful, but Mami was exceptional. She explained everything slowly and clearly and was so professional and helpful! I wish I could request her personally every time I need to make changes to my policy!
