Makhothalo Moleko is the most *********** person I have had to deal with

I have been been dealing with Makhothalo Moleko and she is really leaving up to her surname. She is a MOLEKO in my life. She does not respond to emails, I have told her that emails are the best way for us to communicate as I do not have a phone and she is disregarding such.

I lodged a claim a while back and yet I still do not have a voucher to get myself a new phone almost 3 weeks on.

What a useless person I am having to deal with and such I am greatly inconvenienced.
