Major car accident claim

I had a terrible car accident on 30 April 2021 where a truck hit me head on after it ran into a bakkie . My vehicle was a complete wreck ( writeoff) the airbags deployed saving myself and son's life and of course the seatbelts. I was driving a very safe and reliable car Toyota Corolla the braking system is unbelievable. I called in and a guy by the name of Deon took my call he SHOULD NOT be working at claims dealing first hand with people who have just been in a traumatic situation. He was unsympathetic and he very *********** the ambulance never came nor he ever call me back to check how we were (I was with my 8 yr old son). I would like to thank the professionalism of the following people in Claims. Amogelang, Mmabatho, Tshephosek@miway , Lucky, Atli . This is a good company but it will and can be ruined by the staff who have an "I don't care attitude " I was assigned to Galo Boikanyo as my claims asviser who never called me back or even rep**** to my emalis once I had to call on ever day to get an update using my airtime it took 26days for my claim to be authorized and that was because I had to ask to speak to a manager because I was getting fed up, hadn't I done so my claim would not be resolved. So the reputation of a company and its image can be tarnished by a few people, all in all I would recommend Miway "the company" it does keep to it's promises and the premiums are very reasonable.
