Maipfi was the assistant who picked up my call and directed me to Vuyiswa Cele who assisted me with canceling my policy with Miway Insurance. She was helpful and was detailed with whats important to cancel and advised that the debit order was already tracking and also assisted me with necessary info incase I want to reverse it. In short very professional and helpful towards client. Need to improve on how tonlong after their long they loyal customers.
