29 Apr 2021, 06:18Sad to be forced to rate business on Hello Peter where it will be better for one need to wait and see if the service received is what was agreed upon.
When certain terms are agreed, example debit dates, there are a reason for that. That may include but are not limited to salary date, budgets etc. When a debit date is not adhered to the customer might be put out of pocket, or another agreement cannot be honoured and even can cause emotional distress.
Now on my side, I agreed that my debit date must be on the 3rd of every month. Now I need to know for what ever reason did MiWay decide to change that to the 28th without any consultation with me. I now need to drive 50km to find an ABSA branch to go in and have the debit order reversed, call MiWay again and go off on a undeserving agent to have this rectified and also have my entire day ruined because of someone's incompetence.
These are things that make customers change insurers, because of the inconvenience caused by selfish acts like this.
SHAME ON YOU "MIWAY" and "MADUVHA"!!!!!
