Luzuko did all the best he could to assist me,I had sent all the required documentation to one other miway agent,who did respond to my enquiry for almost 2 weeks,it did not even take a day for Luzuko to assist me,he is one of the guys that need to be recognized when it comes to issues concerning claims as it is very frustrating to make follow-up as a customer
