Loyalty without reward

Miway has very polite staff, interactions are always pleasant, but the service provided is deteriorating. They don't want to lose customers to competitors however you aren't rewarded for being a loyal (low risk) customer for over 3 years. Annually they look for ways to make more money from you than save you money. Il be leaving miway soon, I don't see a happy future with them.
