Loyalty is priceless!

Greetings, i first chatted to Raymond who was kind, professional and friendly who then transferred me to Anathi Ndum-Ndum who was courteous, friendly, caring, sensitive and very professional indeed and I am satisfied with my interaction with her and finally Lesiba Kekana put me through my paces in order to provide feedback via the Hellopeter platform and he was friendly and clear indeed. Anathi is a 'breath of fresh air' and she is an asset to MiWay indeed. Well-done to all of you and keep up the great work you are doing!

One further piece of important information to note - I have had uninterrupted comprehensive insurance for the past 24 years since 1995 to-date and have never claimed once attaching one of the lowest risk profiles to my personal profile and as such always believe that characteristics such as loyalty and low-risk profiles as well should be truly valued indeed unlike my previous experience where I terminated my relationship with a popular insurance company after 18 long claim-free years simply because they proved in the end that a client having a low-risk profile + loyalty actually does not mean much nowadays although I strongly believe that MiWay appreciates my loyalty and service. My advice to all insurance companies reading this - value your loyal and low-risk profile clients while you still can or before it is too late. Keep up great work MiWay!
