Loyal customer gets pirate part fitted after claim

I have been insured with Miway for almost 10 years and I have 3 cars insured with them. I had the most unpleasant experience when I had to claim just recently. The constant back and forth with the panel beaters to repair the vehicle and only to find out that MiWay does things their way and not my way like they say, they asked the panel beater to fit pirate parts on my vehicle without my knowledge. I have been loyally paying all these years and now when I claim you want to fit my car with parts that aren’t original. I am really disappointed in you MiWay, you should know that once I am done with this claim I am going to look for another insurer.
