Lower premiums

I got a comparitive quote from another insurer who offered me a substantially lower permium than MiWay. I then used the MiWay's App to chat a consultant to explain my cheaper quote and that I would like a cheaper premium.

The first agent could only help me to an extent and wasn't able to beat the quote from the other insurer. This agent then transferred me to Busisiwe Mabizela, a senior adviser, who was very professional and managed my situation very well.

She went over and beyond what was needed, I felt, and smashed the quoted insurers price by a substantial amount.
