Love the consultant, doubtful about the company policy

I've been with Miway for a very long time and i've always appreciated their service, particularly how easy it is to use. The consultants are often polite and helpful and Lerato Mathaba was no different.

However, I feel with my latest querry, I was not fully assisted due to her manager thinking they are too good to talk to me unlike previous managers. This is particularly gulling since i was following up on a previous conversation with another manager, who had made promises to improve my premium.
