Love miway

I have been paying insurance for almost 4 years since I bought my car, then the worst thing happens !! 18 September 2020 I wake up to find my car gone in the driveway. Then thought to yourself all the bad stories I heard about insurance companies finding reasons not to pay out, and so it was I was getting ready to go to war with miway, because of all the bad stories I’m thinking to myself ,what could be the one reason they will refuse to pay me out? 1st thing went to check is did the debit order go through? Check yes it did.. so I’m stressed out the car was ****** on Friday morning 18 September and Monday comes no police nor insurance is calling me so I decided I have had it and now I’m thinking the are cooking a storm for me of not to pay me. I call miway then I ask who is handle my case a lady tells me it’s a lady by the name of Nadeen Maart who they said they would pass a message that I called looking for her as she was not available, even though I wanted to speak to her at the time I was also relieved I did not find her cause I thought maybe she would just drop a bombshell on me that she has gone through my incident and the are not going to pay, you have to understand it’s my 1st time such a thing happens to me ,so I have no idea how the process works and I’m too scared to ask people for advise because the last thing I don’t want to hear is other bad stories from insurance not paying me out. Nadeen Maart finally comes back to me, explains the process of how we are going to deal with my claim and +- how long it will take for my claim to be processed and we do the 30 minutes interview which I through it would be something of a movie where 2 people are behind the glass listen to our every word, I’m scared but I’m answering every question as truthfull as I can remember, because to be truthful somethings you can’t remember cause they happed so long ago even those that happen resent you seem to forget. She was very nice over the phone and she send me all the things I need to send to her so they can start with the claim. Days past and she still had not received my documents from Postnet, I’m thinking to myself can this just pass already “she receives my documents and comes back to tell me they will not pay me out so I can move on with my life” but then finally she calls when she has received my documents and now my heart is pounding cause I’ve been waiting for this bad news that they will not pay me out, but to my shock she tells me that she has received my documents and they will be paying me out. In my mind I was like “just like that ?” You will be paying me? I have not stopped telling people that insurance has paid me out!! Most people when I tell them that miway paid me they say at least they paid you as if they were not expecting it too. Miway thanks a million for not making me feel as if I did something wrong for my car to be ******, thanks for making me feel like I was the only client you where dealing with at the time. I have bought my new car and miway was my only choice to insure my new car with.
