lots of stories not to pay claim

I reported a burglary at my home. The garage door was partially broken off to gain access to the house. My lawnmover was ****** as well as the stove in the kitchen. Now they tell me the lawn mover is a farm implement!!!!! It was a normal petrol lawn mover that you push. Also they do not want to pay out the stove as they are implying that it is part of the construction. It is a loose standing stove not a built in one!!! One thing is for sure they should change the name to their way, as it seems they do not want to pay out claims, only take money. I am not happy with their service at all. Worst insurance company by far
