Looking for a new insurer after less than a month of dealing with Miway and their empty promises

Miway has been hounding me for years with phone calls offering me deals. Finally I've got a policy with them and not even 2 weeks later, i already have regrets. Ive spent hours on the phone calling for the same issue and each person told me they are processing my refund. I call in today cz i haven't received my money and im told the refund hasnt been processed, the consultant says " oh your refund hasnt been processed, ill process it now and youll get it in 72hrs", same words the other consultants said. So i have to end the call and just hope that one day, someone will actually do what they said they will do. Im disappointed with Miway and am already getting quotes from other insurers who will actually value me as a client
