The service agent who assisted me was so professional, Just after I make a call I received an SMS that assisted provider is been dispatched to assist me the time was 20H10 ,she even asked me if there something she can assist me with. I started to call at 20H02 for my query at 20H45 my query was resolved.The guy who assisted me his name is Simon, He definitely knows his Job.
