Long upstanding Car excess refund

I had car accident in December 2013 at Soweto around Maponya mall. I lunch my claim with my insurance company. My car was fixed in very short period of time.<br> later on I asked for my excess to be paid back but other party did not respond and my insurance sent me sms stating that if the opponent does not pay, they could not do nothing.<br> so I just knew that I lost my excess. Almost 1 year 6 months later I was surprised that the consultant Mr Tsepo called saying he is following my case. He kept me updated on the process of my refund.<br> on 2015/05/18, Mr Tsepo called my to tel me that my refund was successful.<br> I am very satisfied we my insurance company services and encourage all consultants to continue the good work.<br> <br> Regards
