Long claim process

Had a car accident on the 13 December 2020 and in as much as the claiming process was easy but finalizing the claim was a night mare, My car was only damaged in the front bumper, i drove the car from the accident scene to the SAPS and to home but when there car was assessed they said its a write off, shock of my life, even the people who saw the car were shocked. Getting the payout took over 30 days, a whole month which is ridiculous. The claims department doesn't bother with updating me about my claim. It was such a draining experience for me personal
