lodging an objection of a rejected claim

I and my wife were involved in a serious accident at the robots at Brakpan were a Taxi skip a red robot and crashed into my vehicle on the left side. We sustained serious injuries but my wife came out worse and was immediately taken to hospital. <br> My wife was the driver and I was the passenger. <br> Miway claims that I was dishonest and that both I and my wife were under the influence. I explained to MiWay that I drank that evening that's why my wife drove and I still had a glass with liquor which could have spilled on us during the impact. My wife does not drink alcohol. I further obtained statements to that regard and of the passengers from the Taxi that my wife drove since Miway claims that I was the driver. <br> I feel that MiWay is dishonest and have rejected my claim unfairly and without any proof
