Locked up in prison due to MIWAY NEGLIGENCE. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

I recently had household insurance with Miway. Unbeatable premium thus I app****. Approximately a month after I had the insurance, my house was broken into. I logged the call with saps and informed Miway via the App. Immediately I got a call and I was informed that a accessor will be in contact.

Mr Stefan the Accessor from cape town was appointed. He made me FEEL like a suspect and never treated me like a victim of a past crime.

After I informed him I purchased my household income via Gumtree by a private seller, he still Indicated I ****.

Totally ***********.

Initially the claim was declined and I decided to return my premium.

Thus MIWAY decided to open a ***** Case against me at SAPS and I got arrested at 11pm infront of family members and also the public. Spended 3 days in prison. Case was never even heard or registered on the court role.

So before you actually want to APPLY for insurance at this PATHETIC place, are you ready to be locked up and your claim rejected.
