Locked keys in car

I was at a mall and accidenatlly locked my keys inside my car. I called the call centre and spoke to Enoch who was so calm and helpful under a stressful situation. Within an hour and a half the issue was resolved and I had my car keys back. Enoch called me several times to update me on the progress of the call and checked on me once the locksmith had left.
